Providing care to someone with memory loss takes special compassion and skill.  CareForce licensed caregivers have been trained by one of the best dementia experts in our country, Teepa Snow, OTRL. CareForce brings Ms. Snow to our community each year to provide training to both our caregivers and  other caregivers in the community (family and professionals).  With the support and expertise of our RNs' and MSW, you and our caregivers can create a comfortable and safe environment for your loved one.  Whether it is gentle reminders once a day or 24 hour safety supervision, CareForce can assist you with your in-home needs.

RN and MSW assess your caregiving needs and develops a plan of care for CareForce caregivers for free. You create your activity goal and CareForce helps coach and guide you to achieving it: start small with increasing the number of steps you take in a day, or dream big, like joining a community exercise group.  You choose.  We help you realize your goal.  It's based on the research evidence. While you are working or away from home, a home care aide will provide safety companionship, cueing to help them do their daytime activities. Dressing, toileting, bathing, cooking, eating, companionship, activities, errands, and medication remind or assist.
